Jenkins es tu amigo

Después de unas horas con Jenkins podemos apuntar lo siguiente

• La integración con un entorno basado en Red Hat es inmediata, añadimos el repo, yum install jenkins y todo estará listo.
• La documentación es bastante extensa, puedes empezar por «Use Jenkins«
• La integración con Openldap para la autenticación funciona a la primera.
• El despliegue de los war recién generados en la instancia de tomcat remota elegida también funciona  a la primera.
• Puedes compilar fácilmente cada  proyectos con una máquina de java distinta.

Así que úsalo! Creo que nos puede ahorrar mucho trabajo en las tareas rutinarias de despliegue.

We’ve done it! Mageia 4’s here

Right on time, and just in time for the first day of FOSDEM 2014, we have the great pleasure of announcing Mageia 4. We’re still having a grand time doing this together, and we hope you enjoy this release as much as we’ve enjoyed making it.  I hope I will be there next year in FOSDEM with the mageia colleagues 🙂
